Converting Audio/Video .ogv file to .mp4 using VLC Media Player in WIndows 7
Double click ogv file, VLC media player will start.
Click Media->Convert/Save
Under File, click Add, and find ogv file to add, click convert save.
browse Destination file and create new file name with .mp4,
under Profile using Video-H.264 +AAC(MP4)
and click start
